1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription payments, cancellations, and refund eligibility for all products and services offered by Lateen Analytics Private Limited (“Lateen Analytics”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including but not limited to:

  • RiskIQ Cloud
  • Risk Analytics Engine
  • DataLake Engine
  • RealtyCore
  • OrderFlow
  • Any other Lateen Analytics products/services or subscription-based services

By subscribing to any Lateen Analytics product, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Subscription Model

Lateen Analytics products may be offered under:

  • Monthly subscription plans
  • Annual subscription plans
  • Custom enterprise agreements

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

3. Cancellation Policy


A. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Users may cancel automatic monthly subscriptions at any time.
  • Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles.
  • Access to the platform will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused days within the billing cycle.

To cancel a subscription, users must:

  • Cancel via their account settings (if available), or
  • Submit a written request to contact@lateenanalytics.com before the next billing date.
  • Cancellation requests submitted after billing has occurred will apply to the next billing cycle.

B. Annual or Custom Subscriptions

Cancellation terms for annual or enterprise subscriptions are governed by the specific service agreement signed between the parties.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Early termination does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for the remaining term.
4. Refund Policy

No Refunds on Processed Payments

All payments made to Lateen Analytics are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Subscription fees
  • Setup or onboarding fees
  • Platform access fees
  • Upgrade or add-on fees
  • Renewal charges

Once a payment has been successfully processed, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.

5. Reason for No-Refund Policy

Lateen Analytics operates cloud-based analytics and operational platforms that incur ongoing and non-recoverable costs, including but not limited to:

  • Cloud infrastructure and hosting fees
  • Platform maintenance and operational expenses
  • Data processing and storage costs
  • Security and compliance infrastructure
  • Licensing and technology costs

Due to these operational commitments, all payments are final once processed.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate payments due to billing errors
  • Incorrect charges caused by system malfunction

Any such exceptions will be reviewed solely at the discretion of Lateen Analytics.

7. Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment is:

  • Declined
  • Reversed
  • Disputed via a chargeback

Lateen Analytics reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access
  • Recover outstanding amounts
  • Pursue collection remedies where permitted by law
8. Modifications to Pricing

Lateen Analytics reserves the right to:

  • Modify subscription pricing
  • Introduce new pricing tiers
  • Update billing structures

Users will be notified of material pricing changes prior to renewal.

9. Policy Updates

Lateen Analytics may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published with a revised effective date.

Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
